Attorney Paul Maieron
He is primarily focused in civil and administrative law, in particular on contracts and public procurement, real estate, construction and insurance law. He provides judicial and extrajudicial counselling as well as mediation between parties in dispute.
After completing high school at the paritetic school in Val Badia, he worked for one year at the Municipality of Badia, where he gained experience in the field of procurement, and for one year at the Südtiroler Sparkasse. In 2016 he started his law studies at the Leopold-Franzens-University, where he graduated in 2020 with a thesis in administrative law on “The Public-Private Partnership in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano”, which was supervised by Prof. Esther Happacher.
During his university studies, he worked at a notary's office, dealing with the drafting of contracts and notarial acts, and at a law firm, where he then practiced law.
In 2021, he was admitted to the Bar of the High Regional Court of Trento and in 2023 he successfully passed the State Exam. He was registered in the Bolzano Order of Lawyers Bolzano and worked in a law firm in Brunico. There he mainly focused on criminal and civil law.
In addition to his first language Ladin, he speaks fluent Italian, German and English.
Since May 2023, he has been working for the law office Telchini - Mayr - D’Abbiero, where he is the contact person in Brunico.
