Attorney Simone Padovan

He deals exclusively with civil and commercial law, with particular regard to advice and assistance, also in litigation phase, in the field of corporate law, insolvency law and corporate crisis.

Over the years, he has also acquired specific expertise in real estate and rental & tenancy law, professional liability and medical liability.

He graduated in 2012 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento with top marks, with his thesis on civil procedural law entitled "L'astreinte italiana: il nuovo art. 614-bis c.p.c.", under the supervision of Professor Marino Marinelli.

Since June 2016 he has been admitted to the Bar Association of Bolzano.

From 2012 to 2016 he collaborated with the Zadra & Partner law firm in Bolzano, where he started his legal practice, dealing mainly with civil law, insolvency law and corporate crisis.

From 2016 to 2020 he worked with the Italian branch of CHG - Innsbruck (A) law firm, dealing mainly with medical liability and insurance law.

Since 2021 he collaborates with Telchini - Mayr - D'Abbiero law firm in Bolzano.
